Refund & Cancellation Policy

Local Online Meat customer can always cancel an order placed at any time before the cutoff time specified for the selected slot by calling the customer service. Refund will be done for the payments made already for the order. Local Online Meat at its sole discretion will cancel any orders if we suspect any fraudulent transaction by customers or any transaction that flout the terms & conditions of using the website. Online refund typically takes around 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

A Customer can opt to cancel order within 1 hour for the order placed either online or by calling our customer service and receive refund of advance paid if any. This is not applicable for Express delivery orders since those are processed and shipped immediately.

FFPL reserves the right to cancel any order if it suspects any fraudulent transaction by a Customer or breaches the terms & conditions of using the website

Online Payment
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to the customer account within 5-7 working days depending on the issuing bank.

Cash on Delivery
Refunds will be credited to the customer’s account as store credit and can be used for the subsequent order in the future.
